Shipping + Returns
Should you change your mind after your order is placed and before we dispatch it, you can then either just drop us a line at email@example.com and we can change it.
We will unfortunately not be able to offer you a full refund once your order has been dispatched except in the unlikely event where the merchandise you ordered was proven defective.
Please note that we only accept returns if the merchandise we supplied you is less than impeccable or in the event you need a size exchange. These should come in their original packaging and in “brand new” condition as they were dispatched to you, with all the product tags and labels on. Should you find yourself in one of these situations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we help you with the return process.
